Indeed, the world’s #1 job site, partnered with Shuttlerock on an ambitious $1M Grow Team campaign to produce 100 UGC-style videos for TikTok. The creative approach focused on authentic, real-life stories, enhanced with minimalist motion and clean, modern transitions.
Leading a team of 20+ designers, I managed the challenge of delivering a large-scale project under a tight timeline. In total, we delivered 100 projects, including 80 creatives completed within just 1 weeks, successfully meeting all deadlines.
Through excellent communication with the CS team and the client, we successfully completed the Indeed Grow Team campaign, meeting the tight deadline and exceeding client expectations.
